RoomBoss can be used as a central reservation system for a centralized reservation team. Or as a central reservation system by amalgamating services provided by multiple vendors with independent reservation teams.
Niseko resort is located on the northern Japanese island of Hokkaido. The area is renowned for its powder snow, hot volcanic spring baths, and culinary delights. The region also attracts travellers in summer with a promise of mild temperatures, staggering natural beauty, and a wide range of outdoor and cultural activities.
Diverse Group of Vendors
Niseko features a large number of independent vendors, spanning all service segments from accommodation through to equipment rentals. This diversity results in a vibrant and reactive service base for tourists. It also tends to result in booking processes being time consuming, whereby services are ordered from multiple vendors via a myriad of interfaces.
Diverse Customer Base
The 2010/11 winter season saw for the first time international guest numbers exceeded the number of domestic guests. International guests come from a broad set of regions including Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, China, Taiwan, Europe and North America.
Providing an Efficient Interface
We make it easier for vendors, travel agents and independent travellers. Vendors are able to simply and easily offer services to a broad selection of booking channels. Travel agents can efficiently order a complete ground package via a single system. Travellers can access rich content in a number of languages, including real time availability and rates, via popular media sites. Furthermore, local accommodation vendors can efficiently order services such as lift passes from other local service providers.
Arguably the most important goal of a travel destination is to meet or exceed the expectations of its visitors. Visitor feedback is key in determining how a destination is performing. It also provides a way to identify changes that a destination can implement to better satisfy its visitors.
