This month, the RoomBoss team visited the beautiful Hakuba to reconnect in person with many of our valued partners, including ski resorts, accommodation providers, ski schools, rental shops and activity operators.
The visit provided an excellent opportunity to share updates, gather feedback and better understand the evolving needs of businesses in the region as preparations ramp up for the coming season. These conversations are an essential part of our commitment to supporting the growth and success of the Hakuba tourism community.
With a team member already based in Hakuba year-round, we continue to prioritise building strong, collaborative relationships and offering hands-on support where it matters most.
