Summer festival season isn’t over yet! ROOMBOSS is proud to sponsor Hirafu Festival 2026, taking place on 28–29 August at Sun Sports Land Kutchan.

ROOMBOSS team members, Kanae and Brendon, recently hosted a booth at the Hotel Restaurant Show & FOODEX JAPAN 2026 in Osaka, a leading B2B trade show for the hospitality, foodservice, and food industries in Western Japan.

Organized by the Japan Management Association, the event brought together 450 exhibitors and 15,000 attendees, providing a valuable platform for suppliers and decision-makers to connect and explore business opportunities.

Kanae and Brendon introduced ROOMBOSS to businesses across the industry, noting strong interest in our feature set during their meetings with various company representatives.

A productive trip to Osaka, with plenty of new connections and lots of Osaka’s famous yakisoba and okonomiyaki!

The rain may have been pouring at the 2026 Niko Niko Festival, but it was no match for the delicious food stalls and live entertainment. Among the performers was Backup Band, with team member Julian on vocals.

The band hit the stage with enough energy to make everyone forget about the rain. At one point, Julian appeared to unlock his inner Ryan Evans with his arguably cheesy dance moves, and suddenly the Niko Niko Festival became High School Musical: Rock Band Edition.

A huge shout-out to Niseko Village for hosting the festival and making it all happen. Thanks to everyone who braved the rain; who needs sunshine when you have rock and roll?

ROOMBOSS hit the slopes in Kawaba! But this time, it wasn’t for skiing.

Team members Kanae, Miyu, and Jade were onsite to introduce our Rental Management System to over 20 companies interested in learning how our system can support and improve rental operations. The energy in the room was incredible, and we loved sharing how our system can make day-to-day workflows smoother, smarter, and more efficient.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us, and especially to the Kawaba Ski Resort team for the warm invitation and support. Opportunities like this help us connect with new partners, learn what different resort areas really need, and keep improving what we build.
