New Feature: Permission For Charging To Credit Card Tokens

A recent system change to help manage which users can charge against credit card tokens stored in the system. Until now, it has been possible for any user with Manage Bookings permission to charge against credit card tokens. A new permission, Charge To Token is now required to do so. Up-selling: Based on rules that you control, customers can be encouraged to replace an item in their shopping cart with a higher-end version. Cross-selling: Also based on your rules, customers can be encouraged to add items that are related to or complement an item in their shopping cart. New “Simplified View” Option for Manual Guest Services Bookings

It's all about speed and efficiency. With Simplified View, you can quickly select the Category and Type using a straightforward dropdown menu, bypassing the more detailed select menu with icons and descriptions. Simply, check the box at the top-right of the manual booking page to enable this new view. This efficient layout is perfect for the users and agents who are familiar with the products and want to minimize the time spent on each booking creation.
