Earlier this month, RoomBoss team members from across Japan, including Niseko, Sapporo, Furano, Hakuba, Izu, and Shimane, gathered in Sapporo for a team dinner. Although we collaborate daily from different locations, sharing a meal around the same table offered a rare and meaningful opportunity to connect face-to-face. The evening also marked a significant milestone: the 10-year work anniversaries of Dan and Cesar, two of RoomBoss’s earliest contributors. Their leadership and long-standing commitment helped lay the foundation of the company and continue to guide its growth today. At RoomBoss, we take pride in being a distributed, multicultural team built on shared purpose and mutual trust. Our ability to work seamlessly across distance isn’t just part of our culture. It’s one of our greatest strengths. As one team, we remain committed to continuously improving our system.

The 12th annual Niseko Classic will take place from today to June  15, 2025, across Niseko​, Hokkaido​. As a premier UCI Gran Fondo World Series pre-event, the Niseko Classic features multiple disciplines: challenging 140 km Gran Fondo, 80 km Medio Fondo, TIme Trial, Team Relay and Niseko Discovery Cycling fun ride. Team member Julian recently took on the Chiba Spartan Sprint, a 5K race with 20 obstacles, held on May 25, 2025, at Tokyo German Village in Chiba Prefecture. This event, part of the Japan National Series, is renowned for its challenging course set amidst scenic rolling hills. A couple more team members have already raised their hand to take part next year — stay tuned!

ROOMBOSS Hakuba staff joined the Snow Machine Festival this year! Hakuba village came alive with energy as music, snow, and an international crowd came together. DJs spun an amazing blend of electronic music and driving beats, getting everyone dancing—and sometimes wiping out—in the snow. Between sets, we enjoyed ramen and karaage in front of a bonfire. The combination of great music, the electric atmosphere, and delicious food made the festival unforgettable. The crowd was a fantastic mix of people from all over the world, adding to the already vibrant vibe!

A big thank you to everyone who stopped by our Niseko office for a spooky trick-or-treat tour! We had a fantastic time welcoming all the little ghosts, goblins, and monsters, and sharing in the Halloween fun with you. We hope everyone enjoyed the treats and the festive spirit as much as we did!

The mission of Niseko Area Mountain Bike Association (NAMBA) is to grow and unify the Niseko area mountain bike community towards the common goals of creating, enhancing, maintaining, and protecting great places to ride in Niseko and the surrounding area. NAMBA is building sustainable trails that are accessible for all levels and ages to enjoy, such as the free and public Twin Peaks Bike Park. It advocates for and encourages all forms of mountain biking within the community through various events, races, group rides, and more, ensuring everyone can participate and have fun.
