Fujiten Online Lift Pass Shop Now Open
Located at the foot of majestic Mt. Fuji, Fujiten Snow Resort offers seven courses for skiers of all levels and exciting snow parks. The resort is also conveniently situated just 90 minutes from Tokyo, Yokohama, and Shizuoka. RoomBoss is proudly providing Fujiten’s online lift pass shop system from winter 2022-23.

System Updates
- Released a new feature for our B2C booking engines. It’s now possible to make it mandatory for your customers to enter their names using the alphabet as opposed to using kanji.
- Improvement to the performance of the Housekeeping Report for users who have hundreds of rooms and/or who wish to estimate how busy future housekeeping will be over a large number of future dates.
- Various performance enhancements.
Ski Resorts in Hokkaido are Open for 2022-23 Winter Season
Now most of the ski resorts in Hokkaido are open for the 2022-23 winter season! This is the first winter season after the Japan’s borders have opened again to the international guests. We are proud to be providing systems to Niseko, Rusutsu, Kiroro, Moiwa, Teine resorts and a myriad of independent resort businesses across the prefecture.
System Updates
- Updates to our integration with Wintersteiger Easyrent. Equipment rental stores who use Easyrent for operations can easily receive B2C and B2B sales directly into Easyrent via our booking engines.
- Updates to our integration with Zenryo payment system, a provider of online payment solutions that offers highly competitive rates.
- Bug fixes and performance enhancements.
Invoicing & Cancellation Strategy by Rate Plan
Now you can now create additional Strategies and link a Strategy to a Rate Plan. For example to establish different automated policies for guests who book a discounted, non-refundable Rate Plan versus those who book a more expensive and flexible Rate Plan.
Your existing Strategy is still in effect so there is no need to take any immediate action. To take advantage of this new feature you can access the new page in your account or browse documentation for more information.
Search & Quote Upgrades
The Search & Quote page has been modernized and includes a number of new features:
Support for Rate Plan promotion codes.
A price filter that allows lower and upper boundaries to be specified.
Support for quoting in alternative currencies, for accounts where payment in more than once currency is accepted.
