We’re thrilled to announce that Ben has joined our team as our new Project Manager!

Ben brings a wealth of experience, having previously served as the head of a system development team for one of Niseko’s largest management companies. He has also worked as a Project Manager and Scrum Master for a team of 28 developers in Australia. With his deep understanding of ski tourism and tourism systems, Ben is a perfect fit for our team.

Outside of work, Ben is a proud father of two daughters and an avid snowboarder. He also enjoys basketball and is a movie enthusiast, particularly fond of Marvel Cinematic Universe films.

We’re excited to have Ben on board and can’t wait to see the positive impact he’ll make on our projects and team. Welcome, Ben!

Within RB accounts, individual users can be created for each staff member with different permission levels, allowing administrators to control which system features each user can access.

We are pleased to introduce a new user role: Charge to Token. This permission allows administrators to manage which users have the authority to charge guests using credit card tokens stored in the system.

This new user role can be managed by Super Admin users from the Users page.
